For those who were wondering how long it would take shrub to bring up the "global test," it took 12 minutes.

Kerry (and the rest of the free world) thought Sadam had weapons because Bush's intentionally flawed and distorted intelligence [which could be called lies outside of politics, but apparently not inside] led us to believe it -- it was not of his own (or anyones own) volition. Lots of smart people (who knew that there wasn't a snowball's chance in hell that after 12 years of UN sanctions, bombings, no fly zones, etc. that Sadam had weapons of any more destructive capacity than what you can buy at your friendly neighborhood Walmart) believed Sadam had weapons because we were constantly bombarded with the message and brainwashed into believing so. Had shrub not spent months and thousands of hours lying to us, we wouldn't think Sadam had weapons.

Kerry looks at people as he answers their questions. Bush looks at everyone and won't make eye contact for more than 2 seconds.
